NOTICE
Subject: Discontinuation of Cashback Offer and Introduction of New Booking Offer
Effective Date: 1st December 2024
This is to inform all players and teams that the current Cashback Offer will be discontinued with effect from 1st December 2024.
To continue providing value to our loyal players, the offer will be replaced with the following modified scheme:
New Offer: Book 5, Get 1 Free
Eligibility: Registered Teams or individuals completing 5 confirmed bookings in any category (Daylight, Twilight, or Floodlight) within a calendar month will be eligible for 1 free booking of their choice in any category (Daylight, Twilight, or Floodlight) subject to availability.
How to Claim the Free Booking: Eligible teams or individuals with prior or new Registration must send their request to the Admin inbox 9402882344 or 9366764121 or 6009260716 via WhatsApp with the following details:
1. Name of the Team/Individual
2. Date and Time of Preferred Booking
3. WhatsApp Number and Email
Forms are also available at the Turf Office. Eligible teams or individuals may also submit their request at the Turf Office during working hours (10 AM to 8 PM)
Important Terms and Conditions:
1. The free offer booking cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the offer will be invalid. A one-time rescheduling of the free booking will be permitted within the same calendar month (subject to availability) with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
2. The 5 confirmed bookings required to avail this offer cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the offer will be invalid. However, they may be rescheduled within the same calendar month (subject to availability) with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
3. The free booking is subject to availability at the time of request.
Monthly Validity:
This offer is valid only for bookings made within a single calendar month and cannot be carried over to the next month.
Non-Transferability:
The offer is non-transferable and applies solely to the individual or team using the registered mobile number and email ID.
Management Rights:
LHS Arena reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time, with prior notice of 07 days. In case of any disputes or technical issues, the decision of LHS Arena management, in coordination with Dayschedule/Razorpay, will be final and binding.
